Fighting Chile’s water crisis after privatization
We are committed to deploy 200 of our mobile crisis units in Chile’s poorest districts in order to help the people who need fresh water most and can not afford to buy bottled water.
After privatization of Water in Santiago de Chile it is expected to have a drop of fresh water supply by 40-50% until 2070.
Mining industry contaminated much of the groundwater in Chile making it also a threat to the country’s agricultural sector. Who wants to drink wine made from grapes that grew by water contaminated by arsenics and heavy metals or even radionukleides?!
